Single Dad loses leg

A month ago, our co-worker, who is a single Dad, Ken Stephens, was diagnosed with a devastating blood clot that caused him to have emergency surgery which resulted in the loss of his left leg. Ken just didn't have one surgery to remove his leg, he endured 4 different surgeries, each one taking more and more of his leg. 

Unfortunately, Ken has 3 children he provides for, and since his surgery he has been unable to work. He is also the sole provider for himself. We don't know how long Ken will be out of work, but we are doing our best to raise money to help him get through this rough time in his life.
