Single dad & 15 y.o. son just trying to make it

First and foremost, thank you for clicking on this link!

I'm a family friend who has been doing their best trying to help out where I can. Seeking financial assistance to help a single father and his 15-year-old son who were evicted from the shed (yes, you read that correctly) they were staying in. They are now homeless and have very few possessions.

I have sought help from 211 and dozens of other community-based organizations but if it's one thing I've learned, it's that the systems currently in place aren't designed for single fathers.

The goal of this fundraiser is to acquire funds that will go toward a stable environment, clothes, shoes and household furnishings for both father and son- they are committed to staying together.

Any funds you can contribute will go a long way to helping them get back on their feet.
