Hi! I am Keala Van Dyck.  Singer, animal lover, furniture painter, Crafty McCrafterson, office extraordinaire, and singer (did I mention that one already?). Born and raised in Hawaii, I made California my home over 10 years ago. 6 years ago I joined a local bay area women's chorus, Wings of Song (of Singers Marin), and continued to foster my love of singing and choral music. I've forged beautiful friendships and travelled to wonderful places (we sang at the Vatican in Rome in 2015!).  This wonderful group will be travelling to Iceland this April and I'm hoping to have the opportunity to go with them and sing in one of the most magical place on Earth! But I need your help...

The funds raised from this campaign will go directly into the cost of the tour, along with my airfare, transportation and expenses while there. This concert tour will take me to the cities of Akureyri, Iceland's "capital of the North," and Reykjavik, the actual capital of Iceland. I will also visit smaller towns around these cities, share 2-3 Friendship concerts with local choirs, and also perform for one of their community retirement homes. On top of the musical exchanges I will be a part of, I will also be able to enjoy the natural splendor that is unique to Iceland, including site-seeing excursion to waterfalls, geysers, glaciers, a dip in the Blue Lagoon, and more. 

This is an amazing opportunity to not just visit one of the most unique places in the world, but to join my voice in song with a wonderfully diverse group of women and share our music with people around the world. Your support would mean so much to me!  I would be so grateful for any contribution and will sing my heart out in Iceland!
