Frequency Entertainment & Simply Dhol are proud supporters of SOCH - A grass roots mental health initiative aimed at empowering the community with mental health knowledge and awareness.
On April 6, 2018, SOCH will be hosting the 2nd annual CAMH One Brave Night at the Sikh Heritage Museum of Canada. This event is a Canada-wide challenge to inspire hope for those affected by mental illness.
CAMH, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, is Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital, as well as one of the world's leading research centres in its field. CAMH combines clinical care, research, education, policy development and health promotion to help transform the lives of people affected by mental health and addiction issues.

This year, SOCH is partnering up with local artists across the GTA to smash the stigma and raise awareness about mental health in our community.
