Simons phase 2, treatment plan
Donation protected
My dear friend Simon Littler, has a huge challenge and needs a bit of your help!
Freshly home from honeymoon travels, with new wife Vanessa, Simon was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with stage 4 Brain Cancer, Glioblastoma (a knock in life field, November 2022) A year and a half later, (on this shocking trajectory), now faced with new news …
Simon’s updated MRI revealed a new cancer growth in both left and right hemispheres of his brain(whoa another blow). He has since completed a second round of radiation, and just about to begin a new protocol of hyperbaric over the next six months. Currently he’s coping with impacts of impaired use of his right arm and leg, speech difficulties, and fatigue ( uggh that’s some tough terrain) Simon and his family are preparing for this next phase of treatment in this new field of dreams. (Sorry for all the puns(not really))
A GoFundMe launched when Simon was first diagnosed, and it helped tremendously! Thank you to all who donated, truly a great support! This new campaign, will help with phase 2, to aid covering financial burdens of this ongoing protocol. (including physical therapy and part time home care).
Should you want to simultaneously toast with custom curated wines, while donating, cheers,..Go Team!!! Please join Simons company, “Wine Friends” https://www.winefriends.com
Last June, Simon, Vanessa, and his 2 girls moved from their beloved home in Muir Beach, to share Vanessa’s mother’s home in Mill Valley. This makes it easier to access medical appointments, and accommodate financial challenges.
The past 16 months since Simon’s diagnosis has been a testament to his character, and for those who know him, there is no surprise in how he has addressed his diagnosis – with unwavering positivity, deep gratitude for his friends, and unshakable inner-strength.
Please share and contribute as you can any denomination is helpful, please know that Simon and Vanessa’s gratitude is immense.
With love and gratitude,
Simon and Vanessa’s team
