Simon’s Garden Bench

Simon served others for more than 20
years at University Hospital. I would like family, friends and colleagues help honor him by placing a bench in his honor in
one of the gardens on the University
Hospital Campus. The cost of the bench, and plaque and surrounding grounds 
keep is approx 5k. Any funds over our 
goal will be donated to a beagle rescue in honor  of Simon. Please help us honor a 
wonderful kind soul and keep his                memory alive at University where he is
truly missed.
