Simone's Cancer Medical Bills

Dear loved ones,

I am writing to tell you about my dear friend Simone, that is battling stage 3 rectal cancer. Simone is a beautiful soul, a pastor, and also a survivor of stage 3 breast cancer only 5 years ago. Breast cancer nearly wrecked her, but she pulled herself up by her bootstraps, both physically and financially, only to get this most recent diagnosis in September 2022. She has undergone 28 radiation treatments, which were the equivalent of torture. She told me that her burns were so severe that they sealed her anatomy shut. She is now undergoing her many rounds of chemo and somehow still maintains a smile and positive attitude, even though most days are rough. As she expressed, her days oscillate between pain and surrender.

Simone and her loving husband (& caregiver) are at a crisis point with all of the medical bills. It's to the point that they have sold their only vehicle. They need our help. Please, anything that you can afford to donate would be greatly appreciated. As it is right now, the stress is what is keeping her awake at night more than the treatment pain itself.
