Memorial Day, May 27, 2019 Simone Nunez, Quality Associate Director based in Warsaw, and her husband, Refugio, passed away after their vehicle was struck by a commercial vehicle on the Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County, Ohio. Their 15-year-old son, Erik, was also in the vehicle with his parents and was airlifted to the University of Toledo Medical Hospital in critical condition. Their daughter, Isabel, a marketing intern in Lower Extremities, along with her 9 year old sister, Selia and another passenger were in the vehicle behind her parents. Her vehicle was struck by debris from the accident but thankfully Isabel was uninjured in the crash.  Selia and the other passenger were also taken to Toledo Medical Hospital with reported minor injuries. 

 Let us all keep the Nunez children in our thoughts and prayers.
