Simon was born on Aug 27, 1985 in Phoenix, AZ. Simon decided to serve his country by enlisting in the US Army as a 31B Military Police officer "MP" in 2015. On Dec 23, 2013, he married Carina Zamudio-Ramos. Together they begin raising one daughter Xoe Simone Zamudio. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate loving spirit as a brother, a husband and a father.
