Simon Ransom living with MND

My husband Mark Varey is doing the Para 10 in Colchester on 14th May and again in Catterick on the 4 September to raise funds for one of our best friends Simon Ranson who was recently diagnosed with Motor neurone Disease(MND). The Para 10 consists of a 10 mile March and tab carrying 35 lbs over an arduous course. Mark and Simon served together for over 22 years in the army (Light Infantry and the Rifles).
