Dear Friends

I know you, like me, were shocked and devastated to hear Simon had died. He was, and always will, be a much-loved part of our lives; a wonderful Dad to Holly and Alex, loving husband to me, a treasured son and brother and a cherished son in law, brother in law and Uncle, a friend to so many.

We have all been overwhelmed by your kind gestures. The flowers, cards, messages, calls, prayers, hugs, tears shed with us, just being with us and the food parcels. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I hope you will understand that we will only be having family flowers at the funeral. However, if anyone would like to donate in Simon’s memory Holly, Alex, Mike, Cherrie and I have chosen 3 organisations and a local charity that are dear to us:

Rainham Cricket Club

And

Holding on Letting Go- a charity that supports bereaved children and young people across Kent and South East London.

I will love him always forever; and Holly, Alex and I will never forget him.
