To all my friends, I find myself in the most challenging time of my life and I am reaching out for a helping hand. I have been fortunate to have worked with most of you, or gone to school with you, and being such loyal friends over the years, I thank each of you and I am very grateful for your friendship. As you all know, I am close to my daughters as they are all my rock, and they have all made me strive forward in life to become the man that I am today, driven, positive, loyal and trustworthy. The reason for my outreach is to request support as I have had an extremely challenging past two years with now 19 trips to hospital, 6 lots of stomach surgery, 2 ketamine infusions and a Lignocaine infusion, and now I have permanently inserted in my stomach a nerve stimulator with a battery inside my tummy plus 4 magnetic wires that send electronic current through my stomach every second of my life. This is to help assist and manage my pain level throughout the day. Apparently, I am the first person in Australia and potentially the world to get this nerve stimulator inserted into my stomach with the 4 magnetic wires and a battery, as they are normally only used for spinal cord patients with just 2 wires. So I get monitored every second of my life as a test case as well for future potentially similar folks that could also help them, as I am a huge believer in always paying things forward in life when possible. I was meant to have just a simple umbilical hernia operation, however the doctors stuffed up. Just over 2 weeks after the operation, I had to get my second lot of stomach surgery to save my life. As I had severe Septicaemia Blood Poisoning that would have killed me in less than 48 hours if I did not have the emergency surgery to save my life. The infection in my stomach was so bad that there was a 54mm hole left open under my skin from the first lot of stomach surgery which caused the severe infection. The severe Septicaemia Blood Poisoning took over 13 months to leave my body. I thought at the time that was the worst of it, however unfortunately I was wrong. The doctor apparently stuffed up so bad that he also severed 8 nerve endings in my stomach, which I am now left with Severe Chronic Nerve Pain in my stomach for the rest of my life. If you could close your eyes and visualise, it feels like I have 8 sharks biting my stomach in random spots every second of my life, and for the rest of my life I am, and I will always be on morphine daily and will never be out of pain for even 1 second of my life, and I will always require further additional stomach surgery in life to replace the battery in my tummy every few years. On top of all of this and only 3 weeks before Christmas, my wife told me that she was leaving me, as I was just so boring being in pain all the time, and in and out of hospital all the time and also having to lay in bed at home to help manage my pain level better, especially after every trip to hospital. In addition, when my pay was reduced compared to normal, because I'm now on Income Protection insurance, that made life very challenging for my family, which put extra strain on our marriage. So I am now a full time stay at home Dad taking full care of my 5 year old daughter who has just started school this year and 50/50 shared custody with my youngest daughter who will be 3 in May I need to raise a new total of now only $60,000 to ensure my family home, and more importantly the home of my daughters is not forced to be sold. My ex's settlement agreement has already been completed and finalised in full. However I still have to transfer full ownership of my house solely into my name only. That is why I am short this amount of money to finalise the transfer of the house into my name only as per the court agreement. And the Banks do not want to know me, or help me, because I am on Income Protection and also due to the Banking Royal Commission they have told me. I am trying to provide and create a safe and stable environment for my youngest daughters to grow up in, and to always feel safe and secure in their own family home, with as little further trauma and disturbances to their fragile lives after their mother walked out. So, what I am putting out to the Universe, and to all my friends, and please feel free to forward to anyone who can assist.
