Simmon Mariani (medical expenses)

Please show your care and support for Caitlin and Simmon by choosing to contribute to some of their medical expenses which are unknown, but mounting.  Simmon is now with God in Heaven.  We are now grieving.  Caitlin still needs your support.  We are grateful for the amazing generosity that is already on display.

Simmon battled Covid-19 and pneumonia since late December.  His health situation became serious within only a few days of showing symptoms, and he was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, January 2nd.

For your information and for the purposes of the gofundme platform, I want to share my connection to Simmon.  My name is Carrie Woolman and I am Simmon's sister-in-law.  I am married to Jacob Woolman, who is Caitlin (Woolman) Mariani's brother.  As Simmon battled Covid and now since his passing, I have facilitated the gofundme site on Simmon's and Caitlin's behalf.  I will ensure every dollar raised via gofundme goes directly to Caitlin to help cover Simmon's medical expenses.  I will personally be withdrawing the funds and then electronically transferring them to Caitlin in order to save her some administrative effort.  All money moves can be audited by Caitlin to ensure she receives every dollar allocated from GoFundMe on Simmon's behalf.

Also, while Jacob and I used to live near Simmon and Caitlin, we moved in 2019 to Plano, TX, which is why this site is listed as that location.
