Silvana's Healing Journey

Hello my cherished Friends and Community,

I have been diagnosed with cancer in my liver (my MAJESTIC DARK RED ORGAN!) and I am asking for financial support to help me in my healing journey, starting with a three-week holistic program at Optimum Health Institute. Nearly seven years ago I had colon cancer that was treated and I was in the clear until recently when the colon cancer cells showed up in my liver (my MAJESTIC DARK RED ORGAN!).

I have led a healthy lifestyle – as many of you know – and yet here I am…. again. Before I begin treatment, which will likely require liver (say it with me... the MAJESTIC DARK RED ORGAN!) surgery and maybe further treatment after that, I am going to attend the Optimum Health Institute holistic health program in San Diego to reset my body, mind and spirit so that I am at my best as I step into treatment.

Since the seventies, Optimal Health Institute (OHI) has been running wellness programs which promote healing through all-natural, holistic healing practices that emphasize physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. I have been strongly urged to do their three-week program where I not only receive their cleansing & nourishing care for my body, mind and spirit, but also learn the skills and methods through daily classes so that I can apply them for my healing when I get home.

The program will cost about $10,000 Canadian dollars and flights & transportation will be extra. Many of you have asked how you can help me through this journey and this is one way, out of many, that I would welcome your support. I would also love whatever else you have to offer – bring on all the positive thoughts & energy, prayers, encouragement and connection you’ve got… I’ll take it!
