Silly hair to show we care

I'm donating my hair and I want YOU, to give me the most ridiculous haircut imaginable! (And also help raise some funds for an awesome cause).

My name is Anthony, I've been growing my hair for the last 7 years with the goal of donating it to help those affected by cancer. Well the time has finally come and I've decided to have a little bit of fun with it!

Inspired by my cousin, my idea was to give 6 absolutely diabolical options for any donors to choose from OR allow anyone to include their own for the public to vote on. The option that gets the most amount of money donated towards it, lives on my head for 2 weeks. (There are some rules but I'll get to that).

Before we get to the options lets have a quick chat about the donations!

I've chosen to raise funds for Cancer Council Australia. My mother had 2 scares with cancer and I'm lucky to still have her. A charity that devotes themselves to not only research and prevention techniques, but also support for those who are currently fighting their own battle with cancer is a great organization to support in my books. All funds will be directly donated to Cancer Council via Gofundme, and no donated money will be passing through me. I will be donating my hair at Lox Hair Co. in Wollongong. They are part of the Sustainable Salon network and are happy to package up and ship it off to be made into wigs.

Alright, the fun part! I have scoured the internet to find some of the most outrageous hairdos that will also allow me to donate as much hair as I can, and these are the 6 that made the list.

THE CONTESTANTS:

*I have been on the internet long enough to know you cannot trust people in a contest without some rules! All hairstyles need to be approved by me before they are permitted into the contest. I will post an update on the donation page with any new entrants. Only comments on the gofundme page with a donation attached will be counted as a vote towards the winning hairstyle. $1000 raised is the minimum for me to get a silly haircut.
