Imagine a weekend where words are replaced with hands, facial expressions, and laughter that needs no sound. That’s Silent Weekend! It's a full-immersion American Sign Language (ASL) experience where High School students “turn off their voices” and dive into Deaf Culture.

This life-changing trip to Big Bear gives students the opportunity to communicate exclusively in ASL, connect with native signers, and build confidence in a supportive, voice-off environment. For many, it’s the first time they truly live the language and they come back forever changed.

We’re raising money to cover cabin lodging, meals, and activities for the weekend. Every dollar helps make this unique cultural and educational experience possible and ensures that every student can participate, regardless of financial background.
