Hi all, Paul asked me a few weeks back do you fancy the 3 peaks for Alex in aid of sign posted cymru, even if I said no I think my name was down already, since the day I met Paul what a great man and father to Alex he was, I first meet Paul playing for the aberbargord buds, week later I’m coaching the kids at red lion, then I met Alex as he come as the assistant coach for the buds, from then I could see what a great guy and friend Alex was and how much he loved his football and coaching. Please it’s ok not to be ok.
