Brothers,

We are trying to raise a capital gain fund to repair and improve the chapter house conditions. As many of you may be aware, we are almost at 20 years having this house. Over time things break down and need repair. We are very close to actually having this house paid off, but we cannot get to the finish line without assistance. Financials for the HC aren't great, and we need your help. To be specific our goal as a HC is to use this fund to repair and secure the exterior doors to the house, replace a broken AC unit, address multiple plumbing issue, replace the ladies bathroom partition, and other things if the finances allow. I know we all have had significant stories that can relate to the house and the HC hopes that with your help we can keep this house going into future generations.
