Dear Brothers,

 Thanks to your continued generosity, we were able to install modern vinyl flooring in all of the common areas of the house, including the entry, halls, and living room. Our funds are depleted and we are in need of continued support for upgrades and repairs to a house that has served us well for 71 years.

Much needed landscaping was also done to the front of the house prior to rush, which enhanced SAE's appeal to 23 new members-more than any other fraternity on campus. The active chapter of Nevada Alpha continued on this positive roll by winning "Greek Week", a week-long series of competition among fraternities. All rooms needing attention have been brought up to standard, including: patching, paint, flooring, electrical, widows and doors.

With your help we will continue on this path of recovery as the spirit of Phi Alpha is once again in force. Funds received now will give us a jump start to a good spring rush. Your generous contribution will go far to assure that the Nevada Alpha Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at 835 Evans Avenue, Reno, remains the number one fraternity at UNR.
