With the permission of the Reyes-Vega family, we are reaching out to all of you to support the family of our brother and friend, Sigfredo "Freddy" Reyes-Vega.
Freddy was one of a kind. He was "salt of the earth". He had a passion and love for his wife Ibis Alvarez-Carril, and was so proud of his two boys - Giancarlo and Giovanni! For more than 20 years, Freddy worked with oncology providers and cancer patients, proving support for those that needed it most. He was professional, dependable and most importantly - caring. You could count on Freddy for anything. 
Five weeks ago, Freddy received a terrible diagnosis. Although Freddy fought hard, the unexpected cancer was too far advanced and he left us this week.
All funds raised through this campaign, will go to Ibis to help support all the financial needs that this family will face short and long term. The fund raising team will ensure that an audit is conducted, and that all the proceeds go to the family.
Dear Freddy: you take a little piece of all of us with you. We will miss you forever, and we know that one day we will get reunited again. I can't wait until we see that big, beautiful smile of yours. We are sure that you are in a beautiful, peaceful, restful place enjoying the sun and the sea. The time has come for you to be our Angel, and I know that you will be looking after all of us.
