Sierra Wiedemann

We are trying to raise money for our beautiful family member Sierra. She has been sick all of her life with L-2-Hydroxyglutaric aciduria which is a mitochondrial disease but as she grows older things have gotten to a point where her parents need to take her to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for two weeks for treatment. This disease causes a number of difficulties to include heart problems, brain problems and gut dysmotility, which means Sierra is unable to eat and has long periods of severe pain and discomfort. Insurance only covers some of the medical expenses and there is no family assistance for their travel or lodging. She is one of the sweetest and loving children you could hope to meet. Even with her medical struggles Sierra sees the brighter side of life. Her parents do all they can to give their beautiful daughter as normal of a life as possible. When so many take normalcy for granted Miss Sierra strives for it. Please find it in your heart to help our family in our time of need. Any amount will help and will be greatly appreciated
