Hello my name is Sienna Thumwood, in August I am heading out to America to Western Texas College on a scholarship to play NJCAA Division 1 college golf. I couldn’t be more excited for the process ahead! For those that know me and follow my progress closely via social media will know how far I have come in a short space of time and how dedicated I am to the sport, getting better everyday.

I currently play for Kent U18s and attend Kent Golf College at Pedham Place golf centre where I feel that I have progressed my golf incredibly in the short time I have been playing. Over the last couple of years I have played in many competitions representing my college, Kent golf and myself. I am very proud of what I have achieved to date so far. Some of the many achievements within my short golfing career include Lamberhurst Junior Open net and scratch winner (girls category), Kent schools finalist at Woodhall Spa, also representing my college in the AOC tour as well as winning many matches for Kent and my home golf club Dartford.

With the golf season beginning the next months are filled with competitions and matches, I am looking for some extra help in order to make my golfing journey in America possible. I would be very appreciative if you would consider helping me financially in order for me to pursue this experience. Any donations would be greatly received and would really help to support me. It is a big ask and completely out of my comfort zone to do this.
