This is Sid, my Service Dog.

Sid alerts me to seizures (absence seizures) that I have aquired as a result of a massive, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI.)

He is 100% accurate in alerting me - excellent at his job.

Sid loves everyone he meets: human and canine alike!

He gives me, and everyone in our family, emotional support and unconditional LOVE. (Though he will not be "manipulated" by commands that are beneath him, like 'COME,' 'SIT,' 'DOWN,' and 'LEAVE IT.')

Sid needs lifesaving BOAS surgery in order to open his airway and allow him to BREATHE.

This surgery is proving to be far more extensive and EXPENSIVE than initial estimates.

His life expectancy and quality of life will be destroyed if he does NOT have this surgery.
