Sick newborns family caught in financial distress

Hello, my name is emileigh and my absolute bestfriend is going through an extremely hard time. Her first child, born just after the unfortunate passing of her beloved brother has fallen I’ll and needed multiple sources of medical attention, the most recent resulting in the need for a short notice journey to Halifax for a crucial surgery to prevent him from losing anymore weight than his health issues have already caused him to lose. As a first time mother, and a mother in general Megan is exhausted, discouraged, and feeling defeated with the stress and weight of their financial bills. Though her incredible spouse Jeff breaks his back to provide, he’s had to take so much time off to be there to support his family they’ve found themselves in what seems to feel like a financial spiral which has been excruciating. Especially with a newborn baby. I’m creating this go fund me to try to help them elevate the costs of the bills that have made this stressful journey even more unbearable. “Our newborn son who was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis and a heart defect, due to our son becoming sick it cost us many nights travelling an hour to the hospital and then travelling to Halifax for a week for him to have surgery on his tummy. Jeff has lost over two weeks of work because of it all and we have used all our savings and don’t qualify for any other government assistance and we will still have to travel back to Halifax next month for a check with the surgeon and to have his heart checked again and his heart will be an on going thing we need to check.”
