American Society for Public Administration (ASPA)'s Section on International and Comparative Administration (SICA) has been dedicated to advancing comparative public administration research and practice for the last 50 years.

SICA is turning 50 in 2023, and we need your allyship. We want to remove barriers to participation and encourage our peers residing in the global south to join our discussions.

Your donation of $50* can help defray conference registration and membership fees for international students and early-career faculty from regions that typically are unable to participate.
