Siblings In Need After Sudden Loss Of Mother

Donation protected
As some of you may know, Kaylene and Anthony Kezer lost their beloved mother Lauren Whitman Kezer due to her battle with cancer. Now they are trying their hardest to pay these unexpected household bills to stay in their childhood home which holds many lifetime memories.

My aunt Lauren was a genuine, loving and beautiful person inside and out. She always had a smile on her face. Even when life wasn’t so easy she always looked at the positives in life. She loved her children dearly, they were her world! She was grateful for the friends and family she had by her side. Unfortunately in December of 2020, she was told the unimaginable. She was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought and she fought hard. She did all the chemo treatments they told her to do and all the medications she needed to take. She eventually had to go under a double mastectomy. She didn’t feel her best through this process but her kids were her motivation as they cared for her daily. On June 9, 2021 she was told she was cancer free! Her battle was over! She knew she could do it and she did. However, her battle wasn’t just over. Sadly, In August of 2022 she was diagnosed with liver cancer and it was serious. She continued to remain positive. On September 2, 2022, she lost her battle and was given her angel wings. She is truly missed by so many especially her children.

Kaylene & Anthony are now dealing with all the bills that mom was paying. They want to remain in the home that they grew up in and where their mother cared for them. So many memories that they want to hold onto for as long as they can. Kaylene is a strong young women and a graduate of Emmett O’Brien Technical School which she graduated with honors. She has her fantastic dream job here in CT which she is proud of and doesn’t want to give it up. Anthony is currently at Emmett O’Brien and will graduate in 2024. He is a hardworking student with straight A’s and can’t wait to use his trade as his future career.

We are making this gofundme to help these young adult siblings continue to live in their mothers home and pay for utilities, mortgage, food, unexpected debt and any living essentials needed. All proceeds are going directly to Kaylene to make this very hard time a little less stressful for her and her younger brother. Anything can help them, even a share can go a long way. I know they are grateful for each and every one of you and we thank you. God Bless
