Sian Arjara NYC Memorial & Other Costs By Gabriel

Donation protected

On Saturday, July 18, 2020, my twenty-year-old sister, Sian Arjara, was found unconscious in her own home. Shortly after she was pronounced deceased at the scene. She is survived by her 18-month-year-old daughter, Nira.

We’re still processing her untimely death. We’re in a state of shock. We’re in terrible pain. The tears won’t stop falling. We still don’t want to believe it. It’s difficult to make sense of what happened. It’s hard to accept that there isn’t anything we can do to bring her back.

From the beginning, Sian had a hard life and she was treated unfairly in many ways, but she had a warrior's heart. Sian believed life is about standing up again, protection and family.

Sian considered her friends to be a part of her family. All of you were her chosen family and many times she has told us stories about how much she loved you. Her moments with her chosen family were a relief.

We want to thank you for loving Sian and to say we’re sorry for your loss as well. Sian was taken from all of us. She considered everyone she touched to be her mothers, brothers, and sisters.

Please know how much Sian appreciated being a part of your life. We're confident she's watching over everyone as a good sister and daughter would.

Sian's family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support. During this time, we’re asking for prayers and assistance. The goal is to ease financial burdens that have been bestowed upon our family. Her death was sudden, and we were not prepared for expenses caused by her passing.

Sian’s body is in Virginia with her husband, but her family is in Minnesota and New York City. This means there are travel costs, along with hotel fees and other expenses. We’re also fundraising for a memorial to be planned in her hometown of New York City.

Donations will cover expenses not related to her husband’s funeral arrangements in Virginia.

We appreciate anything you can give because we understand times are difficult for everyone, considering the pandemic. We appreciate the enormous support, love, and prayers that are being given through this unbelievable and devastating time. Anything helps, even a share on social media.

Sian Arjara will be missed dearly because she has touched and continues to touch many lives. Our love will burn eternally.

We’ll keep everyone updated regarding her Memorial in New York City.

Love Gabriel Arjara and family.
