Siah Hickson Funeral Fund

Siah Hickson, a MHS student, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 18th. Siah was a loving, funny, sweet gentle giant of a man and all of us that had the awesome pleasure of knowing him are heartbroken. While a student at Marietta Middle, Siah made us smile every day. He had a unique sense of humor that continued to catch us off guard. With his infectious smile and big hugs, Siah made our world a better, happier place. He greeted his teacher with, "Hey Baby" each morning, referred to our then principal as "Peter Griffin", and would frequently, drape his arm over our male paraprofessional, whom Siah towered above, and ask him if he wanted to fight. This tender soul also openly wept at the sad good-by scene when we all went to see “Boss Baby” at the theater. With big crocodile tears running down his face, he kept saying “Don’t go Boss Baby”. Such a sweetheart.

Siah lived with his loving, supportive parents, Alicia Terrell and Jason Hickson. Not only have they lost their beautiful son, but they have no information as to what caused his death, as he had no known health issues. While there is little we can do to help ease their suffering, please help us make it possible for them to plan Siah’s funeral without the added stress of the expense. Any amount, no matter how small is appreciated and helpful.
