On June 16th, Shyanne and Tori were returning home from a dog show in Quebec when they were involved in a serious car accident. Thankfully, Tori and the dogs escaped without injury. However, Shyanne sustained a broken neck, which required surgery this morning, as well as a broken knee.

She will remain in the hospital for at least a few weeks, followed by a long road of recovery and rehabilitation.

As many of you know, Shyanne is a self-employed dog groomer. Unfortunately, while she focuses on healing, the responsibilities of everyday life—bills, pet care, and unexpected medical and vehicle expenses—don’t pause.

Shyanne has already faced many challenges over the past few years, and now she’s confronting her toughest one yet.
