My Situation:

Like many there are times when you're not able to meet bills because of things outside your control. Through no fault of my own, my paycheck has stopped while my bills continue to arrive.

I've always been someone who takes care of myself and works through challenges independently. Asking for help doesn't come naturally to me - I've always believed I could figure things out on my own. But I've reached a point where I simply don't know what else to do. This situation is beyond my control, and I'm facing bills I cannot pay without income.

Due to my status, I'm unable to receive unemployment assistance, which leaves me with no financial safety net during this shutdown. I'm essentially stuck in limbo - unable to work, unable to collect unemployment, and unable to pay my bills.
