This team excels in many areas and is a shining example of dedication, devotion, hard work and teamwork. This award is an honor and demostrates how innovative this student lead team is. Winning this award also, more singnifcantly, qualifies QMS robotics team, " The Spartanators" 8876x for the 2019 Vex Robotics World Championship Competition in Kentucky this April 24th thru 27th. The Worlds competition invites the top teams from United States and over 40 countries. Teams from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Colombia, Macua, Australia and Puerto Rico are already registered. With mostly highschool teams getting invitations, there's only 184 teams invited to compete in the Middle School division. Team 8876x will be representing Queensbury, New York State, and the USA as they take on other nations. They are the only New York middle school invited and this trip is an honor to them. With the team being in their first year, there is a lack of funding for something that happened so quick. PLEASE FUND THEM TO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.
