Rajendra Shukla-Kids Education Fund

On August 15th, 2018, Rajendra Kumar Shukla tragically passed away at the early age of 46 leaving behind his wife, Parul, and their two beautiful sons, Atharv and Aditya. In July, Rajendra felt ill for a couple of weeks and was then admitted to the hospital on July 28th. He was not healing well, and by the end of July the diagnosis was cryptococcal meningitis (fungal infection) and cerebral edema in his brain. He was fighting this infection very courageously, but unfortunately he lost this battle on August 15th. As one could imagine, this continues to be a very tough time for his family and friends. In an effort to help the family with the unexpected transition, we’d like to provide some financial support to help lessen the load that will be endured by Parul as a single mother to two young boys, and the ever rising costs of the education.  All the funds raised through this campaign have been set up for Parul to have exclusive use and control of the funds for the family.

Rajendra worked hard and tirelessly to provide for his family, and would never hesitate to reach out and help any friend, family or neighbor in need. He was a hard working professional (Hindu Temple Priest) and family-first person. He valued education and knowledge above all things except his friends and family. Rajendra’s passion and profession was helping kids get into the college of their choice. If you can help Rajendra’s children with your contribution to make their college dreams come true, that would mean the world to them and would truly honor his legacy.
