SHS FTC Robotics Team 9910

We are Robotics Team 9910, the Greenhorns, from Scituate High School. We are asking for donations to our team to purchase materials and for registration into FIRST events and competitions. We will enter competitions coordinated by FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). These competitions involve schools from all over the country to compete for rewards and recognitions.

Each Robotics team has a cost of $275 for registration, $60 to enter qualifiers, $150 to enter States, $100 for field set-up costs, and around $1000 for materials to build a functioning robot. This page is a part of our fundraising plan to not only to gain funds, but to meet the fundraising requirement set for the FTC challenge we are competing in. 

We need these funds by Mid-November 2016 in order to properly register and prepare for all competitions. These funds would not only benefit our team individually, but would allow for a change for growth of STEM, and specifically robotics, at Scituate High School and the Scituate community. Every dollar is helpful.
