Background: The largest deposit required for our event is for the space located at Campus No. 805. Once this is reserved, other rental needs and catering services can be retained and ticket prices can be estimated. The tickets will be launched using the website host Eventbrite and cash flow will begin to secure other services. Any remaining funds will be donated to a local charity voted on within the Facebook group or will used for door prizes depending on amount.
