Showing Todd Some Love
As many of you already know, our friend Todd Faber, is currently in the fight of his life. Last fall, Todd went to a chiropractor to have some back pain treated. It became clear that there was something more going on and within a short time, Todd went from being ambulatory to fully paralyzed from the waist down. A tumor embedded in his spine and a diagnosis of small cell renal cancer became his reality. Todd has endured a back surgery and a recovery that included blood clots and pneumonia. His medical bills are right at a million dollars and deductibles over $25,000. His physical therapist and daily health aide are paid for out of pocket.
Todd’s family business, the Jungle Queen, was shut down for a time and even being back at 50% capacity kept his employees employed but brings nothing in personally. Todd’s wife, Denise, is the sole income provider as a teacher at St. Colemans. If there is a time to show Todd how we feel about him, that time is now. This is a guy who has been the first to help were he can. He would give you the shirt off his back. Right now, he needs us. Thank you, thank you, thank you from me and the Fabers!
