Showing our support for Ron & Lori Durham

Hi, my name is Kecia Campbell, and I am raising money to help my good friends, Ron and Lori Durham. Ron is in ICU in Redding, California where he has been facing serious covid related physical illness. He has been sick since mid-October and has been in the hospital since Oct 17th. He currently is on a ventilator and is stable. He has been making small improvements day by day and we are all hopeful and praying for his full recovery. Lori is able to visit with him daily and is spending her time taking care of him while she is there. Before Ron got sick, he had been doing what he loves, spending time ministering to and praying for others. Sharing his faith in Jesus and encouraging others in theirs has been his lifelong commitment.

Lori is a traveling nurse and was working at the same hospital where he is staying until two weeks ago. Lori’s assignment just ended this weekend and of course, she will need to remain in Redding until Ron is well enough to travel back to their home in Virginia. His doctors and nurses anticipate he will need extensive rehab after being in the hospital so long. This will require Lori to remain in Redding and continue paying living expenses there, though she will no longer be working. Some of you have been asking how you can help, this is a great way to do it that will relieve a lot of the stress and pressure Lori is under at this time.
