Showcase A Film By Melissa Flores

Hello, we are hoping to raise money for the short film Showcase.

In the film Showcase, a young man from the inner city discovers his coming-of-age tale through music. On his quest, he has the chance to run into his all-time idol, but due to obstacles and setbacks, his aim is far from achievable.

With this movie, we hope to shed light on the importance of over coming obstacles, the intricacies of drug use, and what it is to love the hip-hop scene. We hope people of all ages find what they love and achieve thier goals without having to run the mile to get there. We also intend to enter Showcase to film festivals in an effort show the audiences a moment in time that could be relatable.

We plan to use these funds on production costs such as equipment and location funding, and festival fees.
