CANCER SUCKS!
Recently, a very dear friend was diagnosed with cancer and I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a deep sense of urgency, to share this challenge that Sue Stockton is facing. She has an EXTREMELY aggressive form of cancer that started in her lungs and very quickly spread to her bones, kidneys and other areas. Sue was unaware that she had cancer until she broke her leg and the doctors discovered it during surgery to repair her broken leg. This aggressive cancer requires both chemotherapy and daily radiation.
Not knowing what, if anything, insurance will cover since it does not kick in until February 1, 2024, the expenditures are anticipated to be great. I am reaching out to friends, family and community to please look in your hearts (and pockets) and please donate what you can. Every single penny helps.
Sue is a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and she needs our help. Sue served our country in the Air Force, she is an AVID Philadelphia Eagles fan, animal lover, Moose Member and always volunteers when she can. She always gave back to her community and those around her, and now is the time that she needs OUR help.
So, I am now turning to her network of friends, family and acquaintenances and letting you know that we have set up this GoFundMe campaign to raise the necessary funds for Sue to have the fighting chance that she needs. EVERY donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact on the battle she has ahead of her.
Your contributions will not only help alleviate the financial strain on her family, but, more importantly, it provides Sue the fighting chance she deserves.
We understand that times are difficult and we genuinely appreciate any help that you can provide. If you are unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing our campaign with your network to help us reach a wider audience.
Sue's husband Jim, sons Sean, Dusty and Daniel, her 8 grandchildren and loving friends thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing by Sue during this challenging time. Your kindness, compassion and support mean more than you will ever know.
