It is with Great Sadness we announce the passing of Michael Fonfara on January 8, 2021 after a long
battle with cancer. He left no life insurance and his financial reserve had been depleted by medication
costs. His wife Avril and daughters Ashley and Ciara need assistance with funeral and other expenses.

Michael was an extraordinary human and musician, who touched many, myself included,
he was a National Treasure, adored by many,  and he deserves an elegant send off, and
support for his wife, kids and grand kids.... I know that many will welcome the ability to
donate to his legacy for his family...Love ya Buddy/Thanks for the Jams... R.I.P. /Jeff Thrasher
