As some of you know, Lincoln was recently diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. It’s shocking to those of us who know the energy with which this guy lives and gives. We take comfort in knowing that same energy will help Lincoln kick ass and continue to live his best life for all his days. They will probably kill me for starting this campaign as I know they’d never ask for help, but for all the countless campaigns they’ve led as part of lives dedicated to service it only seems right. Illness is stressful and stress is not conducive to healing and wellness so in this small way we can help ease some financial burden allowing Linc and Kathleen to focus their energies on living and loving. This family is the epitome of community and what it means to
help lift others, so for the many of us who have been blessed by the love and goodwill of their family, their home and their hearts (a meal, a dance, a laugh, a safe space to be who you are, to be encouraged and lets not forget the insane amount of pro bono legal advice/support we’ve all enjoyed over the years) here’s our chance to give back.
