Diagnosis: Endometriosis Uterus Cancer Non-Curable
In April of 2014 surgery was performed to remove cancerous turner from the uterus. After a recovery of 30 days I received 6 treatments of Chemo Therapy then I was treated with Radiation for 6 weeks, 5 days per week of aggressive treatment, I then was given 2 more rounds of Chemo that included 6 treatment per round. After all of this aggressive treatment with minimal improvement, I was then referred to Hospice Care which included weekly nurse visits and various pain management medication and other comfort medication. The cost of this treatment has exceeded over $50,000 and there is still other Hospice Care associated costs. These funds will help with associated out of pocket cost that are very extensive and ongoing Hospice Care Cost.
