I am sure many of you are aware of the devastating fires in Southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma Panhandle. What you might not know is that Donna Parmenter Thorp and Randall lost their home to the Seward County fire #2 on February 17th, 2026. It was a 100% total loss. Her, Randall, and her husband's mother were forced to evacuate as their home and her husband's parent's home were completely destroyed. NOTHING can replace what they have lost but they face some very real challenges and I am sure many of you have experienced the difficulties they might face dealing with the insurance companies and other agencies that will be involved in this. We can't bring back their belongings but we can ease the pain by donating some funds to assist them in this most difficult time. We would like to show our love and support in helping them begin to rebuild their lives.

When visiting with Donna, she said, "It's like something that happens to other people. Not us." Any gift, large or small, would be a blessing to her family.
