A member of our work family, Bille McKinney, tragically lost her son, Dyami, on the weekend that was to be her husband's 50th birthday celebration.  At the time, she was deployed to Sacramento in service to the people of California whose lives and homes were threatened or destroyed by wildfires.  Bille and her husband are now in Tennessee with family, and they will lay Dyami to rest this weekend.  



Funds are being collected to assist with funeral expenses.  Donations are entirely voluntary under the “special, infrequent occasions” exception to 5 C.F.R. §2635.304(b) & (c).  Donations must be made ANONYMOUSLY in order to avoid employee/supervisor issues.  Contractors are prohibited from making donations.
