We’re reaching out on behalf of our amazing friend and coworker, Alex, who recently gave birth to a healthy and beautiful baby boy!

While we celebrate this joyful occasion, Alex has been facing an incredibly challenging time. Due to the high-risk nature of her pregnancy, she had to take time off work early — but unfortunately, she doesn’t qualify for FMLA or short-term disability benefits. This means she has been without income during a period when she needs support the most.

As friends and colleagues who’ve seen how hard Alex works and how deeply she cares for those around her, we want to rally together to give her some much-needed peace of mind as she recovers and bonds with her newborn.
