Valerie passed away this morning surrounded by her loved ones. She was truly a fighter. Let us pray that she is at peace now and no longer suffering.
After a long hard fought battle with MS (Multiple Sclerosis), Valerie VanValkenburgh has been placed on end of life care. The news came in earlier this week when her doctors informed her family that there was no longer anything they could do for her medically. She will soon leave behind a loving husband (Robin) and a beautiful young daughter (Paige).
Having this devastating disease meant that Valerie was "not insurable" and so she has no life insurance to take care of funeral costs.
I am asking that you find it in your heart to help Robin and Paige in this journey that is sure to be the most difficult of their young lives.
