If you’ve ever had the chance to meet Manuel López — affectionately known to all of us as Manolito — you know what a genuine and caring human being he is. More than just a co-worker, Manolito is the kind of person who lights up a room with his energy, offers a helping hand without hesitation, and treats everyone — guests and teammates alike — with kindness, respect, and a big smile.

Today, Manolito is facing one of life’s hardest challenges. He’s begun dialysis treatment and has had to step away from work to focus on his health. As he navigates this new and difficult chapter, he is also carrying the heavy weight of everyday bills and medical expenses — a burden no one should face alone.

This fundraiser is our way of showing up for him, the way he’s shown up for so many of us. We want to ease his financial stress and remind him that he is not forgotten — that he is deeply missed, appreciated, and surrounded by love and support.
