Show Love for Kendra: Fight Cancer Together

**Update**
Kendra is in the middle of her "Red Devil" chemo treatments and then will have 3 more months of a different chemo before radiation. She has had a lot of bumps in the road on this cancer journey. She ended up having 3 total surgeries and wound care and is currently going to The Lymphatic Center for lymph edema. She has exhausted her FMLA at the end of this week and has to go back to work with accommodations or possibly lose insurance or pay cobra prices until worked out. Please remember her and the family in your prayers. She is still fighting this with everything she has and trying to do so with a smile on her face. She thanks everyone in advance for any help.
As most of you know, Kendra was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. On August 2nd she will be having a unilateral mastectomy. Along with the diagnosis and treatment comes a dark looming cloud of medical bills. It can become a heavy added burden while trying to focus on relaxing and healing. In Galatians Paul talks about bearing one another’s burdens. “In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord. It is more blessed to give than receive”. We are called to be good stewards of what we are given, so I ask that you will prayerfully come alongside us and show up for Kendra in a big way. Let’s shed our love and carry some of this weight for her. Let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth. 1 John 3:18. If you have any questions please reach out to Elizabeth Anderson or myself. #KennersStrong #FaithOverFear #LoveIsGreaterThanCancer
