We raised the goal because it turns out initial testing costs are way more than we thought….here’s the original message below. PLEASE share the link and thank you so much for everything raised so far!

As many of you may know, our sweet Jenn Benn, amazing friend to us and mom of 3 year old Odin-bug, just handled an initial diagnosis of MS with more grace than we could ever imagine. The follow-up specialist ordered more tests for her but the out-of-pocket costs were so high that she had to turn around and go home after showing up to her appointment for an MRI, and therefore couldn’t get the test she needed. I’m hoping we can rally to help

her cover the testing and other initial medical costs she needs. It is shown that early treatment can prevent and/or delay onset of MS symptoms and our Jenn should be able to live her best life. Despite this diagnosis, she is showing us how it’s done with her strong spirit and YOLO approach to life! An inspirational and well-loved human, she is! I didn’t know what to set the goal at for now (other than to meet and/or exceed the cost of the MRI), but I’m hoping Team Jenn will surpass the goal by far since there will be costly treatment down the line. With a diagnosis like this, I’m hoping we can help give her some peace of mind knowing a course of action she can begin as soon as possible.
