Show Love for Alicia During Hospice Care

It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that I share that my dear sister, Alicia, is nearing the end of her time with us here on this Earth.

About a month ago, after a visit to Insta Care, Alicia was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. At first, we were hopeful that with treatment, she would have more time—she had dreams of taking one last special trip and was making plans with that hope in mind. However, in recent days, her health has declined more quickly than we expected. Last week, she confided in some of us that she didn’t feel she had much time left. Today, she has been placed on hospice care.

Right now, we are focusing on helping her spend as much meaningful time as possible with her daughter and close family. I know Alicia has touched many lives, living in many places and forming deep connections along the way.
