Support Kemba Russell in Her Time of Need

If you know Kemba Russell, you know she’s the person who shows up for others without hesitation. She’s spent her life giving back to her communities and supporting the people she loves, always putting others first. But right now, Kemba needs our help.

Over the past few months, Kemba has experienced a devastating loss. First, she unexpectedly lost her father, Michael Russell—an incredible man who passed on his strength and larger-than-life personality to Kemba. And just days before Thanksgiving, her beloved mother, Annie House Russell, also passed away unexpectedly, who instilled the nature of creating community and supporting others.

These losses have left Kemba not only grieving the incredible parents who shaped her into the remarkable person she is today, but also facing the immense burden of managing everything they left behind—physically, emotionally, and financially.

As many of you know, Kemba is the last person to ask for help. She’s always been the one who pulls herself up by her bootstraps, gets things done, and takes care of everything. But right now, she’s in a place where she needs our support.

While she’s not able to work and is still navigating the complexities of her parents' estates, legal fees, etc., Kemba is facing significant financial strain. She’s working hard to piece everything together, but it’s been an overwhelming challenge.

We’re coming together to raise funds on Kemba's behalf—because she’s too proud to ask for this herself, but we know she would never turn down the love and support of her friends and family. If you’re able to contribute, even a small amount, it would make a world of difference.
